We are proud to present the first course in Italy dedicated to the regeneration of Mac displays, an intensive three-day masterclass that will be held from 25th to October 27th.
This course is designed for expert technicians and professionals in the electronics repair sector who wish to deepen their skills and learn the most advanced techniques for replacing the LCD panel, keeping the original body and backlight intact.
Thanks to the experience of our instructors, you will acquire the skills necessary to perform high-quality repairs, saving on costs and reducing the environmental impact.

COURSE PROGRAM:

Introduction to Flexgate: Understanding the common Flexgate problem in Mac displays, analyzing the causes and solutions.

LCD Separation Techniques: Detailed method to separate the LCD panel from the case without damaging the backlight. Use of specific tools and safety procedures.

Hands-on Exercises: Each participant will have the opportunity to practice LCD separation under the guidance of the instructors.

LCD Flex Removal and Replacement: Advanced techniques for removing and replacing a damaged LCD flex, including advice on choosing replacement components.

LCD Reassembly: Step-by-step guide to reassemble the LCD panel onto the original body, ensuring perfect alignment and operation.

Quality Testing: Verifying the correct operation of the display after repair, using specific diagnostic tools.

Separation Techniques for New Models: Adaptation of separation techniques for new Mac models with M1 and M2 processors, which present unique challenges.

IC Swap and Graphics Troubleshooting: IC swap procedure to prevent common graphics problems in new models. Details on identifying and replacing ICs.

Reassembly and Final Testing: Reassembly of the display on new models and final testing to ensure the repair was performed correctly.

COURSE TEACHER:

Course Instructor: The course will be taught by Alessio Salvadori, an internationally recognized expert and pioneer in the field of Mac display regeneration. Coming from Germany, Salvadori was one of the first to specialize in this sector and has accumulated years of experience in the daily repair of Mac displays. During the course, he will share with participants all the techniques and tricks of the trade that he has developed over time to make the regeneration process more efficient and high-quality.

WHERE DOES THE COURSE TAKE PLACE?

The training room is composed of 20 professional ESD benches equipped with top-level instruments, where it is possible to carry out any type of work in the electronics field!
It is located in our 2000m2 commercial complex, just a few meters away there are several hotels that offer the convenience of moving on foot.
