Module 3: iPhone Logic Board Structure and Function
• 3.1 Logic Board Anatomy:
• Arrangement of Major Components on the Board
• 3.2 iPhone Main Power Lines:
• Identify and function of the main power lines, including PP_VCC_MAIN, PP_BATT_VCC, PP_CPU, PP3V0, PP1V8.
• 3.3 Communication Bus:
• Overview of communication buses (I2C, SPI, UART)
• Identify and function of the main integrated circuits, CPU, PMIC, NAND, TRISTAR, TIGRIS, AUDIO, RF CIRCUIT, WIFI-BT, TOUCH, BACKLIGHT, FACE ID AND BATTERY
Module 4: iPhone Basic Diagnostics
• 4.1 Diagnosing Short Circuits and Abnormal Power Consumption:
• Using a power supply to detect standby and active power consumption.
• Identifying shorted components and analyzing problems with a multimeter.
• Hands-on diagnostic exercises for high power consumption and short circuits.

Module 5: Practical exercises in diagnostics and repair on real problems
